You can buy the tea bags from the store or make it in your home using chamomile, rooibos, peppermint, and vanilla.

The Cinnamon Sleep Tonic
Take 3 cinnamon sticks, 1 tsp of allspice berries, 1 tsp of cloves, and 10-12 bay leaves. Now grind all the ingredients in a mixer.

Apart from helping you sleep, the cinnamon sleep tonic helps you reduce the risk of heart diseases, and improve insulin sensitivity.
Chamomile Herbal Tea
